AIEEE 2011 Seat Cancellation and Refund Fees Procedure|Surrender Seat -
Here are the complete details of the Seat Cancellation and Fees Refund or Seat Surrender Process in the recently concluded AIEEE 2011 Counselling Process and Schedule.

A candidate, who takes provisional admission by reporting at a Reporting Center but does not
report to the Allotted Institute for admission, will get a refund of Rs. 34,000 (for OP, OPPH, OBC
and OBCPH candidates) / Rs. 24,000 (for SC, SCPH, ST and STPH candidates) in due course of time
from CCB (HQ) . Refund will be sent to the candidates either by Demand Draft/ Multi-city cheque,
to the address given during online registration and choice filling. There is no need to go to
Reporting Centre for giving refund request.
A candidate, who gets admitted to the Allotted Institute but cancels the admission on or before
August 9, 2011, will get the refund from ALLOTTED INSTITUTE in due course of time. The candidate
will get a refund of Rs. 34,000 (for OP, OPPH, OBC and OBCPH candidates) / Rs. 24000 (for SC, SCPH,
ST and STPH candidates).
A candidate, who gets admitted to the Allotted Institute and cancels the admission after August 9,
2011 would not be eligible for any refund. However, should CCB conduct any spot admission round
after August 14, 2011 (after the spot round) , refund to such candidates will be governed by the
rules of the Allotted Institute.
In the spot round, if a candidate gets a seat allotted and does not get admitted to the allotted
institute, will forfeit the initial fee.
In the spot round if a candidate does not get any seat allotment, their initial fee (full amount Rs.
35000 or Rs. 25000) will be refunded by the same reporting centre on or before 17
th
August, 2011.
Those candidates who are unable to visit reporting centre for getting refund will get the refund
from CCB (HQ) in due course of time. In such cases Refund will be sent to the candidates either by
Demand Draft/ Multi-city cheque, to the address given during online registration and choice filling.
